About Hunter Hall School - Pre School

Other Information Hunter Hall Early Years is a warm and nurturing early years setting offering childcare for children aged 2–4 years, within our wider independent school for children aged 2–11 years. We provide childcare for 51 weeks of the year, closing for one week over the Christmas and New Year period. We offer flexible morning, school-day and full-day sessions from 8:15am to 5:30pm, with an Early Birds option from 7:45am. Families can choose either a term-time-only or all-year-round place, depending on their childcare needs and funding arrangements. We offer eligible 15 and 30 hour funded childcare places. Our provision is centered around learning through play, with a strong focus on children's individual interests, language and communication, personal, social and emotional development and physical development. Children benefit from our extensive indoor and outdoor spaces within our historic farm setting in the Eden Valley, with regular opportunities to explore and learn outdoors. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, family-focused environment where children feel safe, settled and valued, and where strong relationships with children and their families are at the heart of our provision.
